Payment policy :
- Room rates are inclusive of 8% tax, 5% service charge.
- You only need to pay 50% deposit when booking directly with the hotel.

Check-in / out policy:
- Check in: 14: 00hrs
- Check out: 11: 00hrs
- Early check in: subject to room availability.

Late check-out policy:
- Late check-out must be notified to the Front Desk the night before and subject to availability.
- Late check out from 15h00 to 18h00: 30% room rate
- Check out after 18:00: 50% surcharge

Child Policy:
- Children under 6 years old or under 1.4m are free if sharing bed with parents.
- Children over 1.4m or adults using the extra bed: extra bed 250.000vnd / person / night. 

Cancellation policy:
- If you cancel or change your booking within 03 days prior to arrival, there will be no charge and you will be refunded the deposit.
- If you cancel or change your reservation within 03 days prior to arrival date or do not check in, you will not be refunded deposit.
